PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: August 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Get Whole Sale (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit getwholesale.net or send us a wholesale quote, contact form, or newsletter signup. This site is a catalog for licensed retail partners. It does not create customer accounts and it does not process card payments online.
Who we are
Get Whole Sale operates this wholesale catalog from 3050 Post Oak Blvd, Suite 510, Houston, TX 77056. For privacy questions, email sales@getwholesale.net or call +1 (888) 408-5476.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to send us:
- Quote requests. Name, company or shop name, email, phone, notes, and the products and quantities on your quote list.
- Contact messages. Name, email, phone, company, order number if you provide one, and your message.
- Newsletter signups. Your email address.
We also receive limited technical data that web servers typically log, such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and the date and time of a request. We use this to keep the site working and to investigate abuse.
Quote list stored in your browser
Products you add to a quote stay in your browser’s local storage until you remove them, send a quote, or clear site data. That list does not create an account with us. It is sent to us only when you submit the quote form.
Cookies and similar tools
This site uses a session cookie so contact, quote, and newsletter forms can be submitted securely (CSRF protection). We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal information. Your quote list uses local storage in your browser, not a tracking cookie.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to:
- reply to quote requests and confirm wholesale pricing;
- answer questions you send through the contact form;
- add you to the newsletter if you subscribe;
- protect the site against spam and automated abuse;
- meet legal, tax, or record-keeping duties if an order later goes forward.
We do not use your information to run automated marketing profiles, and we do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the business: with email hosting used to receive sales@getwholesale.net messages, with staff who handle quotes, and with service providers who host this website. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or the public. We do not sell or rent your contact details to unrelated advertisers.
Retention
Quote and contact messages are kept as long as needed to respond, fulfill a later invoice, and keep ordinary business records. Newsletter emails are kept until you ask to be removed. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
Security
We use HTTPS and restrict access to the mailbox that receives form submissions. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Do not send payment card numbers through the quote or contact forms.
Children
This catalog is for adults 21 years of age and older and for licensed wholesale retail partners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe we have, email sales@getwholesale.net and we will delete it.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or ask to be removed from the newsletter, by emailing sales@getwholesale.net. You can also clear the quote list in your browser at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.
Third-party links
If this site links to another website, that site has its own privacy practices. We are not responsible for those sites.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
